Ride Description:
Looking for a fun, social ride to break up your week? Join us for an easygoing evening on two wheels!
This is a D-level ride (14-15 mph) with an optional C-level pace (16-18 mph) if a leader is available. The main ride leader will stay with the D group, making this a great option for those new to group cycling or anyone looking for a relaxed, social ride.
We’ll roll out from Alcove Beer Garden please park along the roadside, as their lot is small. The route winds through local neighborhoods, .
We will do the longer option as daylight increases.

Ride Instructions & Rules:
- A copy of the CFC liability waiver will be available for you to sign at the ride.
- Please load the ride map to your navigation device to ensure you know upcoming turns and the route.
- Please arrive to the ride start location at least 15 minutes prior to the ride start time.
- Please visit www.capefearcyclists.org and review CFC ride policies.
- The Facebook Cape Fear Cyclist page should be consulted before each ride to verify ride status.
- If the forecast includes temperatures below 38 F, wind chill down to 32 F, or rain/wet roads at the start time, the ride will be cancelled or postponed.

The ride is a Class D paced ride. Riders should be comfortable with maintaining a 14 to 16 mph rolling pace.
